Shipping Policy
Shipped From the Beyond the Ordinary (BTO) Studio
BTO Program CDs, Music CDs donated to BTO, and products we we may sell in partnership with
other companies or individuals:

Shipped within three days of receipt of your order.
*Please note: "Exceptions" below.

Shipped through USPS First-class / Priority mail.
MP3s of course are transferred automatically. Should buyers skip a step in the ordering process which results in the links not transferring, the system or the buyer notifies us at Customer Service and we send the links. In this case no shipment is ever lost!
Exceptions
Because the BTO staff consists in whole of Nancy & Elena, producers and hosts,
there will be times when shipment will be delayed, normally no longer than nine (9) days:

When they are at school
-
When an extended Internet interruption occurs

Should an emergency require them to to leave
-
Due to Natural or unatural events beyond their control

It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify the Shipping Policy through an advertiser's Website or other contact method provided.
Beyond the Ordinary dot Net-KRSE cannot be held responsible for Advertisers' shipping schedules or delays.
