Hope Mead is a professional photographer and songwriter.
Randy Mead is a musician, Together they produced 'Orbs: The Veil is Lifting' which brings together noted visionaries to explore the orb phenomenon.  

"We may be living in the midst of other dimensions our eyes alone cannot perceive. New technological advances are allowing us to confirm what many have believed—that there is more to our world than meets the eye. Digital photography allows us to see what has been with us all along: a hidden world of light spheres known as orbs. "Breaking the Sight and Sound Barriers"
Their goal with the DVD was for people to just take a look and reach their own conclusions. Randy is often surprised who is aware of Orbs for instance at a convention a farmer's comment... "oh good, we see those on the farm, we call them critters, finally somebody is doing something about the critters!" His background in music, audio engineering and producing, and though always drawn to the metaphysical / spiritual, upon discovering the Orbs he was skeptical at first "oh come on we can't be photographing spiritual entities!" But he continued to play with it and more profound and interesting things began to happen "then you have to accept we are these vast multidimensional beings, beings of light with all this potential that just happen to have a body." As a child he could pick up an instrument and just play it, his great parents allowed his creativity to flow and it led him to do research on what psychological affects music has at a very technical level; examples of vibrating string, harmonics, intervals, creating specific and soothing effects, in Indian music this has become a science. How music talks in movies, inaudible frequencies, subliminals and what is legal, scalar waves, frequencies with geometries; his very acoustical straw bale house; and since we are beginning to see Orbs, then shouldn't we be able to hear them too? "I think the brain can learn to interpret things that are outside of the range. I feel there is a non-physical sense corollary for every physical sense and beyond that we can really learn to develop," ...hmmmm, something else fun to play with and ponder!

"The Veil is Lifting"
The "Orbs: The veil is Lifting" DVD is a wonderful film that approaches the subject from several perspectives with intelligent commentary from Dr. Miceal Ledwith, physicist Klaus Heinemann, JZ Knight and others. It is an enjoyable introduction if you wish to learn more about Orbs and how to begin your own experiences of them. Whatever it is, it's fun! Hope tells of her experiences in West Africa at age 19, the NDE that made what had been important in life suddenly not so important, Dr. John Lilly's sensory deprivation isolation tanks, and what was that like? "I realized that realty was not what I had been fed." How she discovered the Orbs 5 years ago and called herself an "Orb Missionary" going around saying "Hey we live in this seeing is believing world and look you can see these other worlds now!" People weren't ready then, but now she's excited to discover how open they are to it, especially physicists. "We were all raised with a lot of limitations about what it means to be human, be alive, and now what an exciting time this is, at the frontier ...it's thrilling to me! I call it the good stuff as there is so much sadness and hardship on the planet, and to be part of making it known that anybody can do their own Orb research!" So get out there and join 'Orbs-R-Us'!
