Greeting the future is just like finding your card in the field, wherever the mind goes the body will follow; the "Vision Board" example; you say 'it's not going to happen in my lifetime' what are you really saying? There are great things on the other side of chaos; take a look at who you are being and create yourself in the future, what is it like?
