Emilio L. Ippolito, "Mr. E", was born September 29, 1925 in Tampa, Fl. He proudly served in the Navy being drafted out of the 11th grade shortly after his last football game. He was immediately sent to the Solomon Island, assigned to a PT squadron and put in charge as the Second Gunnery Officer of the boat. He participated in 98 combat missions shortly after JFK's PT Boat was sunk.

He graduated from University of Tampa with a business degree, taking enough courses in psychology, sociology and language and was working towards a business career and a doctorate in psychology and sociology. However, the Judicial Government put a halt to his education. He was tied up in his defense of civic prosecutions of all kinds, and was forced to defend himself in hundreds of prosecutions on civic matters that were turned into criminal matters, which betrays the Law of the Land. Mr. E. was challenging all the multitudes of abuses that are still happening today ...for that they were prosecuting him.

He worked 6 years for a Finance Company where he gained tremendous knowledge and understanding of how lending institutions operate in America. He then pursued a Real Estate Business to acquire funds to follow his calling, from the age of 12... to help correct social and economic ills of society. He tells the story of how his immigrant Sicilian Mother, who married an American Italian, warned him one day when arriving excited about the Constitution, "Mom! You should be proud of coming to America and marrying an American Italian. In this land of freedoms where we are able to speak freely." His mother responded "Let me explain a fact of life about your newly found freedom of the Constitution, if you keep expounding these freedoms, one day you will find yourself in prison." Emilio's mother did see him arrested but fortunately was no alive when he was sent to prison by the corrupt legal system. His mother was very wise.

After his 6 years in finance, Mr. E built a Real Estate empire. Eventually the Government took all his properties and bank accounts as well as other personal and private property that in today's market could easily be valued at a billion dollars. Most of the properties were later acquired by ex-prosecutors! During this same period he and his wife created a private "fence city" organization to help the homeless with housing, food, money, and employment. They were stopped in that endeavor by City and State Government because the government reasoned that it was not their job to provide food and shelter for the homeless!

"From 1992 to 1996 - my daughter Susan and I established hundreds of Common Law Courts throughout the country and called into service the Original Supreme Court of the People. And with these courts we were able to set free more people from state and federal prisons than all the presidents together in over 230 years and prohibited the mortgage foreclosures on thousands of cases. But if we had a better understanding of State and Federal courts at that time, --we could have accomplished the same goals with our existing Judicial system that belongs to the People; as our Constitutional Fathers did not provide for a Servant-government to serve itself.
Also the same year in 1992 my daughter Susan and I filed a Complaint to Abolish The Florida Bar Association of Practicing Attorneys; upon which over 1000 attorneys gave up their practice of law upon being informed of the evil ways of converting Sovereign Americans into subject slaves of our servant-government."

It has taken him over 60 years to learn these issues of great public importance and his only mission in life still is to inform Americans how social and economic ills of our society can be corrected. The solutions will never come from government bailouts of the Lenders --it will come with Common Law Solutions ordained by our Republic. Solutions that the people themselves can apply.

At 84, Mr. E is still working to help and inform. His heart, will, and determination are strong in spite of being abused in so many ways and that his dear daughter Susan died in prison due to failure to get prompt medical assistance.
