Return/Refund policy
Beyond the Ordinary (BTO) Products
It is simple. Your sastisfaction is primary. If you are not happy with any products created by Beyond the Ordinary.net you may return them without question and receive a full refund. The refund will be made through the method used to purchase, i.e., a refund to your credit card, a BTO check mailed to you.

Please verify Return/Refund Policy through an advertiser's Website or other contact method provided.
Beyond the Ordinary dot Net-KRSE cannot be held responsible for Advertisers' policies, merchandise returns, refund delays, or any other interaction with persons and/or companies advertising on BTO.
Exceptions
Products created by other companies or individuals which we are selling in partnership with them through BTO, are products we have personally guaranteed and take responsibility for your satisfaction when purchasing through us. Return them directly to us for a full refund.
Special Cases
In the event Beyond the Ordinary Program CDs purchased arrive damaged, we will gladly mail you another full order at no cost (if the box or envelope appears damaged, we suggest you open it at the Post office - they may at least issue a postage refund.) as shipping fees will still apply.
It is our policy not to insure shipments in order to minimize costs. However, if you wish to have us insure your shipment we will do so and add the insurance fee to your order.
